Placement features: Fill.

rStones2 has 7 types of fills. And each of them is very interesting and will be useful in making artworks.

Fill: simple grid.

Classic matrix fill. Allows you to specify gap from edge, distance between two stones and between two neighboring rows. ‘Auto match’ forces rStones to place on the curve in a uniform way.

Fill: simple grid with shift.

Classic matrix fill with shift. Allow you to specify gap from edge, distance between two stones and between two neighboring rows. ‘Vertical’ shows in which direction to shift each row.

Fill: island.

Allows you to specify gap from edge, distance between two stones and between two neighboring rows. To limit rows of stones - use place along curve feature.

Fill: center line.

Allows you to specify gap between two stones. First of all rStones will create center line of object and then it will place stones, also rStones can make these stones fit the shape. rStones uses own algorithm to create center line, which is better that CorelDRAW’s method.

Fill: blend.

Allows you to set gap between two stones, style and number of steps for processing. You can get interesting effects using this type of fill with simple curves. Also, do not forget, that you can select many stones from filter, and rStones will place them according selected order.

Fill: shape fill.

Allows you to specify gap from edge, distance between two stones, between two neighboring rows and type of fill. This type of fill allows you to choose shape - you can use one of three integrated (circle, spiral, rays) or you can select your own shape and rStones will use it to place stones inside shape. Also, do not forget, that you can select many stones from filter, and rStones will place them according to the selected order.

Fill: Random fill.

You can select many stones in filter with different size and color, and rStones will randomly fill selected shapes with them. Also you can specify maximum stone quantity.
